Sales Terms and Conditions
These apply to bookings, treatments, products and purchases made with Skin Aura. By booking with us you agree to the following
Bookings & Deposits
A 50% Deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit is redeemable against your treatment and will be deducted from the total cost on the day of your appointment. The remaining 50% balance will be payable on the day of treatment.
Cancelations & Changes
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice when changing or cancelling an appointment. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, may result in your deposit being redeemed or a cancellation fee being applied. For clients on a treatment package, the session may also be redeemed.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened so we can stay on time for other clients, and the full fee may still apply.
Pricing and quotes
Prices may change from time to time. Treatment recommendations and quotes may also vary if your treatment needs to be adjusted on the day, depending on your skin’s condition and requirements. Any changes will be discussed with you to ensure we select the most suitable treatment to achieve your desired results.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept all major credit and debit cards, digital wallets and cash payments.
Packages & Memberships
Packages and memberships are subject to their specific terms and conditions, including minimum commitment periods and redemption conditions. Package sessions are non-transferable. Memberships are billed as agreed at the time of sign-up and may be cancelled in accordance with their applicable terms and conditions.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid in accordance with Australian law and are not redeemable for cash. Gift vouchers should be treated as cash, as lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on services or products. Nothing in these terms excludes the guarantees and rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Results
Individual results vary and depend on factors including your skin, lifestyle and adherence to your plan. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
Health & Suitability
You must provide accurate health and medical information. Some treatments are not suitable in certain circumstances (for example during pregnancy or breastfeeding, while taking certain medications, or with certain conditions). Your practitioner will advise you.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Skin Aura is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services, other than as required under the Australian Consumer Law.
