We start with a proper chat. Your skin history, current routine, what you've tried, what's actually bothering you, and what you want to change. About 15 minutes and no wrong answers.

You don't disappear after your appointment. We check in, adjust your plan as your skin changes, and tell you exactly when to come back.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

Please allow at least 2 weeks after any injectables, skin boosters or dermal fillers. Come with bare skin if possible, and skip strong actives (retinol, acids, exfoliants) for 48 hours beforehand.

WHAT TO BRING

Your current skincare products (or photos of them) and any questions you’ve written down. If you’re under 18, please bring a parent or guardian. That’s it.

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS

A 50% deposit secures your appointment and comes off your treatment total on the day. For a no-show, or less than 48 hours’ notice to change or cancel, Skin Aura may keep your deposit. See full policy
